Personality: Dio is a pick up from a claiming race after Cas's win at the Breeder's Cup. This big boy is not always a gentle giant and he's quite high strung when put into stressful situations or he knows he's going to work. He's not as bad as some of the other stallions, but he is someone to watch out for. Dio doesn't like when people get behind him and he has been known to kick and rear when he's done. The rule with this lad is that when he's finished he's finished and it's in your best interest to let him alone unless you want your knees kicked out.

He likes the track but hates to get boxed in. He's a front runner by nature and likes to have a good scope. He can't be pushed too hard or he'll resist and retreat. Overall, he's a manageable horse with some mild temper problems.
